To open the doors of employment to individuals with developmental disabilities & ensure their success in various industries/public sector jobs, by increasing community awareness & providing support.

Pathways Regional Employment Support Services is committed to a strong partnership with the funding agencies to provide quality services to improve the quality of life of the consumers we serve.  Pathways Regional Employment Support Services strives to develop each consumer’s natural talents, potential and abilities to become a more productive member of society, thereby enriching our communities. Pathways Regional Employment Support Services is dedicated to creating a better world for each consumer by providing training and job placement as well as teaching appropriate work skills and habits to enhance productivity and ensure success at the work place.  Programs tailored to meet specific needs, individual consumers who will have the opportunity to reach their highest potential through a variety of experiences which may open doors to other vocational interests.

We desire to provide employment services for consumers from Department of Rehabilitation and Regional Centers. Pathways Regional Employment Support Services will assist individuals with developmental disabilities, to gain the skills necessary to obtain and maintain employment in the community consistent with their vocational preferences and aptitudes.  Pathways Regional Employment Support Services strives to meet the needs of people from various ethnic and cultural backgrounds. Pathways Regional Employment Support Services board has agreed to seek accreditation through the Commission on the Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (C.A.R.F.) for Employment Services Coordination, Employment Planning Services, Employee Development Services, and Community Employment Services within four years.
